Not all companies are toxic

ok this is gonna sound like an ad but it's not 😭 just genuinely grateful lol

I've worked at a few different BPOs before this and this is the only company where I don't feel guilty filing a sick leave. it's treated as completely normal, higher ups will actually tell you "get well soon" instead of giving you attitude for filing an SL. this was also the first time I got a vacation leave approved without dreading the backlog waiting for me when I got back

my officemates here are also just really chill, it honestly takes the stress off. I haven't run into anyone unhinged or obnoxious to the point na they're constantly talking about explicit stuff at work. like it's fine sometimes but there's a time and place.

didn't think this was even possible in the BPO industry, I genuinely thought it was always toxic
