Pregnant friends trying to help

There are many posts saying how we struggle to meet with pregnant friends. It’s something I’ve commented often with my therapist and she’s quite supportive of me not wanting to be around pregnant people.

A pregnant friend now on her third trimester was texting me and offering me her nausea medication. I said “I wish I had nausea!” and she said “no you do not”. I know she probably means well but im just really sad and upset at the comment.
