Insurance Question

Hi all, I started Zepbound in April and for the past three months my binge eating disorder has finally been under control and I’ve been losing weight that I haven’t been able to on my own for years. In June, my insurance wanted a prior authorization which was denied, I am now trying to appeal. The denial and I was asked to “provide my rationale explaining how Zepbound is helping my condition”.

Is there anything I should specifically mention to increase my chance of approval after denial?? I really can’t afford to pay out-of-pocket but one month not being on Zepbound. I’ve already regained 6 pounds.
