Web developer (3 yrs experience) taking on small business website projects

I've been working as a developer for 3 years and I'm looking to take on a few small business/startup website projects — partly to keep building a portfolio of real client work, partly because I enjoy this kind of scoped project more than larger team work.

What I offer:

- Custom-built sites (not templates) — portfolio pages, landing pages, small multi-page business sites

- A concept/mockup first so you can see the direction before any full build starts

- Revisions until the design actually fits your brand, not just a first draft you're stuck with

Who I'm looking for:
