Need advise on COE renew or change car

I am driving my own shuttle petrol which COE are expiring soon . I am using for my PHV full time .

I am having option of renewal another 5 years or should I change to a new parf car. Or should I sell away the car and rent car from grab instead.

I am thinking of not renewing because the shuttle of the high fuel consumption 480km full tank which work out last $1200 petrol monthly and also the high COE which work out will be not much different in changing to another parf car , but alot people told me if but hybrid car cannot buy those left 2-3 years as battery will likely spoilt soon.

Any comment ?
