Lv 60 - have no idea what to do

Hi everyone, as the title suggests im at lv 60 and to be honest i dont know what to do. I got 3 bases, 1 is for making bunch of salad and just the main base, 2nd one is for mining and smelting and the 3rd one is for breeding. I feel like im not progressing at all and when i fight pals that are lv 60 they kick my ass. My armour is blue rarity of the palsteel armour. My best pal i currently have is a 4 star frostallion at lv 59 but it feels like its not enough. Any suggestions to what i can do to help me?
