Best meat to cook BBQ in san antonio?

I'm looking to get some meat to cook. I know Walmart stinks. I know central market is an (expensive) option, HEB's not bad but ever since the screw worm it ain't been consistent.

What yall recommend? like any carneceria's i should try? Whole foods? Sprouts ? 🤔
