Regrading Pokemon card

I have a Beckett 9 bubble mew that I pulled and graded. Centering 9.5, Corner, 9.5, Edges 8.5, Surface 9.5.

Would it be worth it getting someone to restore/fix the car and resending it to PSA to possibly get a 10? I’ve never pulled a 10 and would love to have my first 10 that I pulled myself.

The cost of regrading it is not an issue, just as long as it possibly worth it. I understand also that it still could be a 9 as a PSA.
