Billie Eilish or Tyler Swift in terms of good music with holding power of tearing listeners into pieces emotionally?

I believe Billie is one step ahead since Billie has many songs that manage to make lost in my own world of sorrow and happiness. I love Tyler’s few songs too and she was the first Pop artist I got run into in terms of musical journey. But something in me was still empty. However, when I discover Billie in 2018 from Lovely, it instantly felt like that empty feeling was buried. I think Billie has that power in her music compared to Tyler Swift: always jolly and sparkly music producer with fun melody and chorus.
To conclude, I go to Billie while am sad and need encouragement while I switch side while I am happy and need fun to exacerbate further.
