Urgent help regarding status not ok to onboard

Hi everyone,

I'm a lateral hire at Infosys with a Date of Joining (DOJ) of 6th August.

I completed all the required steps on Launchpad and initiated my BGV today. However, my Launchpad is already showing "BGV Clearance Status: Not OK to Onboard."

Has anyone experienced the same status immediately after initiating BGV? Did your status later change to "OK to Onboard" or were you asked to submit additional documents?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. Thanks in advance!
