Issues with Clan Recruitment

For the past few months it seems impossible to recruit again in the game. Even when I open the clan nobody joins. This happened with the change of legends leagues and seems to have happened again.

I think it maybe to do with the trophy ranges you can set for someone to join as when you set this it then resets it after being set. Basically meaning you can only invite people who don’t have any trophies?

Anyone else experiencing these issues?
