Does everyone know what's going on with dispatch's release?

Because they said that it would be coming out on the 29th of July, but I have not seen any pre-order listing on the Xbox store on console. I have the game wish listed but nothing's been added to the store and nothings changed on the games store page so I'm just asking for any clarification about what's going on?
