Do you need baby set to use Stokke Tripp Trapp tray?

I bought a knockoff tray and it doesn’t fit my chair. I can’t figure out if you need the baby set or if you can use the tray without it.

I also cannot figure out how to contact Stokke’s customer service - does anyone have an email or phone or advice?
