GF/DF options for breakfast and lunch

I’ll from out of town and will be working remotely tomorrow while my daughter is at a camp. Looking for recs for coffee shops/lunch spots downtown or nearby that have gluten- and dairy-free options. Bonus if I could camp out there for a bit and work and not take a needed table! Thanks!
