Mic Headphones Issue

Hi!

I have an issue with my headphones I also use for the microphone

When we call on discord, my friends can hear the sound of my computer

At first it was just YouTube or Google ads but I tried to fix it and now they can hear Spotify too 🧍

I saw many people having the same issue but the solutions I saw and tried are a bit old and seems not to work on the recent versions of windows.

Did someone find how to fix this without turn the volume down of the mic or the sensitivity (they can't hear me if I do this 🥲)?

(And, they also heard themselves when we used better-crewLink for Among us..)
