**Player Version Norway 2026 Home and Away Kits**

This may be the first Norway review that doesn’t have Haaland or Odegaard as customizations.

There are some differences in material and fit, even though they’re player versions of the same XL size.

The crest and swoosh are heat pressed on both kits, but there’s a difference in their material. On the Home, they’re more rubber-like and malleable, while the Away has a harder material, more plastic-like.

Their fabrics are undoubtedly player versions with the correct Nike’s jacquard for their authentics kits, and here again are some differences on the material’s feel. The Away’s fabric is very soft with a more prominent jacquard texture, while the Home in comparison feels denser and smoother. Both jerseys are stretchable, but of course, the Away more so than the Home.

They’re XL. For player versions I always follow the rule of sizing up, and in these cases it still somewhat holds true.

The Away is noticeably wider than the Home. I measured the chest width of the Away at 56.5cm and the Home at 54 cm (Their lengths are the same at 78cm). A 2.5 cm (1 inch) deviation is like 2 different sizes. I would say that the Away is the true to size one.

**Home XL = L**
**Away  XL = XL**

The Home is a slim fit on me, and the Away more regular like an XL fan version. I would recommend to size up on the Home, and keep true to size on the Away, because it will be athletic, slim fit and, more importantly, a shorter length.

As for the names, they’re Benfica players, that weirdly enough mirrored their careers at Benfica in the World Cup.

Aursnes is such a versatile player that does everything well. He starts out as a great CM and ends up out of position to cover positions that are lacking or because, even out of position, he’s better than the alternatives for that position. He ended up covering RB in the World Cup. It’s such a common occurrence that the only positions he hasn’t played yet in his career are CB and striker. In 2023, the CIES considered him to be, worldwide, the 4th best… LB. He’s the type of player I expect to be great for Benfica up to 40th birthday, and will become a Benfica icon.

Schjelderup started out as a bench player, had a great game in a decisive match against a stronger team, and ended up as a starter and one of the highlights of the team. This is true, for his World Cup and his season at Benfica. It’s funny he had the same journey at club and national team level. It’s great he got to carry over his good form from Benfica to Norway with 2 assists against Brazil and a (lucky) goal against England.
