Looking for senior residence for unvaccinated 75 yr old man

I’m hoping for some practical advice.

I’m trying to help find a seniors’ residence (or independent seniors’ community) in the region for a 75 year-old family member. He doesn’t require assisted living and is still largely independent, but he would benefit from living in a community with other seniors and having more opportunities for social interaction.

One complicating factor is that he has very strong conspiracy-theory beliefs and remains firmly opposed to vaccination. I’m not looking to debate those views or discuss vaccines. I’m simply trying to find a living situation that is likely to be a good fit and avoid unnecessary conflict for everyone involved.

Does anyone know of residences or communities that might be worth looking into? I’m interested in any recommendations, whether positive or negative, based on experience.
Thanks in advance for keeping the discussion focused on housing options rather than the politics or health safety.
