POOM found "love" on the HCR side

Are POOM's, PM's, supervisors, etc, permitted to shop for love in the offices they manage? The POOM we have used to be our PM and was, quite seriously, trying to fire this girl he is now taking up residence with. He is always in our office now, which we hate, because he's always schmoozing with her or just dragging around a cloud of hostility and discontent. Shouldn't his desk be at the district office? How do we get this guy relocated? Does anyone have ANY experience with this? ((And no....don't even think this about jealousy 🤮😂))
