Lag on Wyrmscraig

As per the title;

Is anyone else getting really bad Lag on Wyrmscraig, specifically in Runelite?

With Runelite, on the island of Wyrmscraig, I drop to like 3-5FPS,

In base client, I run smooth uncapped FPS with no lag or stutters,

I've tried turning every single plug in off, and it's still lagging. Wanted to know if anyone knows a fix?
