I'm afraid my workex wont be counted at all!

I work in a 4 person startup. My salary is 12k per month. I receive it via IMPS transfer. Pay slips are there. Offer letter is there. Company is a legitimate pvt ltd registered company. Registered with Startup India and MSME as well. Bank statements also are there.

The only stuff I don't have is

1. PF- Since it's a very small startup we don't have our pf set up yet.

2. TDS/FORM 16- My salary falls below TDS deduction range so i receive my full 12k without any deductions.

I'm worried my workex wont be counted for JAP and CAP specifically as I heard they are very strict in these parts. Please help me. Is there anything I can generate or do? Or are these enough to validate my workex?
