Best video tutorial on how to pick faster?

Might be getting ahead of myself here, but I want to start building picking speed. I simply cannot pick fast right now. I'm not even worried about my fretting hand yet, but cannot pick fast even on an open string. Looking for a video that does a good job at really explaining the best technique to help build that speed for a beginner to work on. Thanks!
