Need advice on pulling the trigger

I want to consolidate my cc debt and I have an approval for a 5 year loan at 35.79% minimum payment is 100.51 but I believe I could budget to pay that twice a week or to pay 150 every two weeks. How much shorter would my loan term be to pay off and is that a good move?
