S23 lagging

My s23 is only 1.5 yo. Till one UI 6.1 the phone was snappy. Since oneui 7 the performance drop is very significant. Sometimes unlocking the device takes a second or more. Camera takes too long to capture like 2 to 3 seconds. I even miss some key moments because of this. Opening contacts will take a second or more and each time loads one by one. Is this normal? I reset the device after each updates. Battery life is good, I get like 5 hrs + sot. Should I go to service centre and get the os flashed again? Please help. Thank you
