Would only seeing eachother once a week be a dealbreaker for you?

I (25F) have been seeing a guy (24M) for a little while now. He works a 9-5 full time, and I study a postgrad degree full time (STEM major) and work part time. My schedule is extremely busy and I have one weekday off per week, I usually schedule my appointments on this day - therapy & gp etc.

He has been complaining recently because I can only see him once a week which is either a saturday or sunday. There’s nothing I can do about this, I can’t just make my schedule less busy. We only live 20 mins apart. I feel like he’s being unfair and unreasonable? Would you be mad if you could only see your partner on the weekend?
