Got myself in waiting list

I m confused why they put me in waiting list mere pass confirmed seat ki email hai they said wait for 2 or 3 days kya mera admission cancel toh ni hoga am I good here or not? But I didn't paid my first sem fees but I paid my seat confirmation fees what should i do. If same happened to anyone please guide me
