how to deal with focus

how do y all deal with focus like dont u procrastinate
Problem is I know this exam is imp for me but still I lack focus and even exams are coming to near and still I am not able to deal with my focus, how to fix this man it's srsly overwhelming that uk something is imp but still u lack discipline help me out please if u encounter this situation then what u all doooooooo
