Just put my 2 weeks in…

I just put my 2 weeks in last night because I got a job offer back. I’ve worked for Tmobile for some years and I am filled with anxiety right now. I’m so comfortable with Tmobile even though I can’t stand it anymore I don’t even remember what it’s like to work anywhere else lol. I’m going from being a store manager at Tmobile to a store manager for a Taco Bell. Taco Bell pays wayyy more and had soooo much better benefits. I just wonder if I’m making the right decision.

My current situation at Tmobile consist of having my 4th DM in a year span. My newest DM let’s just say their nickname is Hitler. My whole store is looking for a new job because she is crazy, like actually. I work at a retail store and the anxiety of potential store closure was pushing me to look for another job before her anyways but she just put some pep in my step.

I used to love working for TmObile because it was like we was a family and had each others backs. The culture was top tier for my first year or so then everything changed to trash.
