Why we don't call our system "AI that predicts the market"

One of AICFDPRO's internal principles is to avoid phrases like "predicts the market" or "guarantees returns," even when marketing insists it would sound rather more impressive.

The reasoning is straightforward: a system that genuinely "predicts" the market with high accuracy is either misrepresenting its actual results, or it simply wouldn't survive any serious regulatory scrutiny.
