Rav 4 Jap import

Hi -
I’m about to buy a 2019 Rav 4 from a dealer (grade 4 import)
Toyota main dealers are trying to tell me if I buy a jap import , they can’t check battery health, they can’t service it and Toyota relax won’t apply .
The car has only 41k km on it and I love it but slightly put off by main dealers attitude on this?
Any experience of this? Ireland

Update - Toyota Ireland Confirmed this is true but the Japanese is a fantastic price , milage and spec

Am I missing anything by going for this and losing the warranty that I probably won’t ever need to use?
