Corinth, TX doesn't get talked about much here: a market breakdown for anyone house-hunting in North Texas
Hey all, Wanted to share some actual data on Corinth, since it doesn't come up nearly as often here as Frisco, McKinney, or Prosper, but I think it's worth a look for anyone widening their search radius.
Pulled 90 days of MLS data (April–July 2026) for homes built 2000+ in the $300K–$525K range in Corinth: 108 listings total, 37 closed, median sale-to-list ratio of 98.7%, median 56 days on market. So, priced-right homes are moving close to full ask, but there's still negotiating room on stuff that's sat longer.
A few things that make the area worth a second look:
Part of the "Lake Cities" (Corinth, Lake Dallas, Shady Shores, Hickory Creek) surrounding Lake Lewisville; shared city services, small-town feel
Mostly Lake Dallas ISD, with a slice of Denton ISD depending on the address
Lower property taxes than a lot of neighboring suburbs
Sits right off I-35E, so you get quick access to Denton, Lewisville, and Flower Mound without actually living in the traffic like folks off 380.
New construction/development ongoing, which usually points to continued demand.
Happy to answer questions about the area or the market in general. Ask away.
(Side note: I'm also hosting an open house this Saturday, August 1, 12–2 PM at 2724 Acadia Drive in Corinth, if anyone's in the area and wants to see a newer-build home in person.)
