Does anyone know to configure TUF laptops to lower the temperature?

I’ve had my Asus TUF 15 (Ryzen 7 7435HS with RTX 4060) for a year. The issue is that when using Armoury Crate in Turbo mode, the CPU would hit 95°C and stay there. I didn't uninstall Armoury Crate, but I switched to the Windows "Balanced" mode, and the temperature dropped from 95°C to 85°C (or a maximum of 90°C in certain situations). I see people saying the CPU can run as cool as 75°C by using G-Helper and disabling CPU boost; could someone explain what all that entails? This is my first gaming laptop, and I’m not familiar with these settings.
