My answer to "what do you do while waiting" is that I stopped waiting

Discussion

I saw a thread about what everyone does while waiting for Claude Code to do its thing.

Latey, I've been doing a long UI/UX polish pass on my app. Fixing things like: spacing is off here, this empty state is ugly, this button should be disabled while loading, that workflow is clunky, etc... Instead of sitting there watching it work, I now just keep adding the next thing I notice to the queue. Little ones, big ones, whatever I spot while clicking around.

I'm running Fable 5 and it handles this way better than I expected. It doesn't lose the thread when I pile stuff on, and it doesn't drop items. The feeling is that I'm working alongside it rather than taking turns. The satisfying part is that eventually I run out of things to notice and take a break, like lunch. By the time I finish lunch it finishes the queue.

Does this seem reasonable to everyone? If you've never tried it, you should. Of course it requires your app to be in such a state that you have enough surface area to test and improve.
