hey need guidance

can someone tell me about level 1 cfa and what prepration one needs to qualify, and to someone who has given it recently what is the exact fees cause i have searched and its shows your suppose to pay taxes and any schoolorship that i can apply need guidance for future!
i have heard you can't do the payment through any upi, you need to have international credit card
