Beginner gaming long form editor ~$30 budget

[Hiring]

I recorded approximately three hours of Bills Must Be Paid and completed the full game. I need the recording condensed into a relaxed 45–60-minute YouTube video.
I am looking for a clean, chill editing style similar to long-form incremental-game playthroughs on channels like Azrilich, RealCivilEngineer, Dr mocha, GrayStillPlays. This is not supposed to have constant memes, subtitles, sound effects or crazy editing.
The main work would be:
Removing silence, breaks and technical issues
Cutting repetitive grinding while keeping the progression understandable
Keeping the best reactions, discoveries and upgrades
Balancing microphone and game audio
Using clean jump cuts
Adding only occasional zooms or text when they genuinely help
Raw footage: Approximately 3 hours
Finished video: Approximately 45–60 minutes
Budget: $30 flat
Revisions: One. I’ll provide one consolidated list of reasonable changes after reviewing the first draft.
Preferred turnaround: 5–7 days
I understand this is a beginner-level budget, so I am open to newer editors who are building their portfolios. Please send a long-form gaming example, not only Shorts, montages or highly edited clips.
To show that you read the post, include the words “piggy bank” in your message and briefly explain how you would handle repetitive grinding sections.
