Hi everyone! I'm looking to hear from people who purchased an off-plan property directly from Emaar (not through an agent).

Could you please share your timeline? After paying the 10% booking amount and the 4% DLD fee, how long did it take to receive:

Access to the Emaar One app

Your Statement of Account (SOA)

Any other key milestones (SPA, Oqood, etc.)
