Could leaked Russian bank data have intelligence value?

I came across this article about an alleged data leak involving one of Russia's largest banks. According to the report, entire customer databases are reportedly being offered for what seems like a surprisingly low price.
It made me wonder: if information like this is genuine, could it be useful for identifying people involved in supporting Russia's war effort or other hostile activities? Or do you think Ukrainian intelligence and cybersecurity agencies likely already have access to this kind of information? Perhaps they may even have played a role in obtaining it?
I'm curious to hear what people who follow cybersecurity and the war more closely think about this.
