Sacred Valley planning / luggage

I am looking for some opinions on my 7-day plan for the Sacred Valley. Do you think it’s too much/too little? We are struggling to plan how to move around our luggage. We are two and we have one big suitcase and 2 small backpacks with us. Thanks a lot in advance for the tips!

Day 1: landing in Cusco at 9am. We would book a taxi to take us to Chinchero for a few hours (keeping our luggage) and then take us to our hotel in Urubamba.
Day 2: Moray and Maras salt mines. Second night in Urubamba
Day 3: experience in a local community (I’m looking at Huilloc). We would take luggage with us/driver. Night in Ollantaytambo.
Day 4: 6am train. 12 Machu Picchu. Leaving luggage in Ollantaytambo. Night in Aguas Calientes.
Day 5: 6am train back. Spend some time in Ollantaytambo. Pick up luggage and transfer for the night in Cusco.
Day 6: Rainbow mountain or Cusco. Night in Cusco.
Day 7: Cusco. Leaving at 10pm
