any sugesstion on buying a new laptop

i already have hp elitebook 845 g7 bought it 4 years ago still holding good but my main problem is its not by any means good for gaming which i can only play valorant and gta5 used to pay csgo but now after cs2 it keeps drop framing and runs really bad or 3d modeling which is what i need the new laptop to do. iam 16 years old also trying to learn 3d modeling,cad and also like gaming as i said before i want the laptop to last me through collage, thinking of entering ai, my budget is 900 - 1000 what is the best laptop i can get for that money and i dont mind getting used
