Why hasn’t Ukraine taken our Russia’s airports and train stations?

I don’t understand grand strategy or tactics much, but it seems like it would be high value to Ukraine to disrupt Russian civilian life. Naively, if I were in charge, I’d attack Moscow’s 3 airports at 3am (minimize casualties) and wreck the terminal buildings. Sure they could rebuild the runways, but the terminals would take years, and it would both substantially harm Russia’s civilian coordination capabilities and get in the way of daily life. Same for the train stations and other airports.

Why hasn’t Ukraine done this?
