Rewards from end of season not popping up

The new skin I got from the ranked rewards isn't popping up in my inventory. Everytime I finish up a game I get a "notification" indicating that I have a new skin that hasn't been viewed yet in my inventory but whenever I check it looks the same as it had previously. Anybody else dealing with this issue?
