And that’s the Star Dust Fakémon by ([Gluuumi](https://www.deviantart.com/gluuumi/art/Galactic-457609626)).

([Steluner](https://www.deviantart.com/gluuumi/art/Galactic-457609626)) is an Ice & Fairy for its first two form with an 480-BST, when evolving into ([Aurorvern](https://www.deviantart.com/gluuumi/art/Galactic-457609626)) it becomes an Ice & Dragon Type with an 555-BST.

As a ([Steluner](https://www.deviantart.com/gluuumi/art/Galactic-457609626)), it has 480-BST, it would be lower tiers like PU, or even NU, while its bulk of 90/60/105 is okay, it’s Ice typing would hinder it, while it has a Dragon immunity with its Fairy type, and in said lower tiers it’s 95-Special Attack is still good.

While its evolved form ([Aurorvern](https://www.deviantart.com/gluuumi/art/Galactic-457609626)) being an Ice & Dragon Type, with new Dragon types attacks, including Rock & Ground Types, now with 555-BST, with a bulk of 110/70/120 it’s more bulky, mostly on its Special side, while it lost 10 points of its Speed upon evolving, its Special Attack of 115 is still decently good, making it a decent sweeper in RU, or even UU with its Speed fixed.

Both have the same 3 abilities starting with ([Competitive](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/competitive.shtml)) that increased its Special Attack by two stages when one of its stats is lowered, ([Friend Guard](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/friendguard.shtml)) reduces attacks on its allies by 25% in double battles, and finally ([Slush Rush](https://www.serebii.net/abilitydex/slushrush.shtml)) double its Speed in Hail/Snow, both even have the BoltBeam covered as both learns Ice-Beam & Thunderbolt, possibly reaching OU with its Stats, Abilities, and Move pool.
