Methods or Advice for Searching Conservation Easement Sales

Does anyone here have a good method for finding encumbered conservation easement sales? I have been using National Conservation Easement Database and comparing to the county yearly sales maps, however that is no longer being actively updated and supported since January 2025 due to lack of funding. That site now directs you to the USGS Protected Areas Database. This site works but has too much info and limited options to turn layers off and gets very busy on the screen.

I have been just sticking with NCED hoping that it would come back to being updated but now that we are a year and a half out I am thinking I need to find a source that stays up to date.

Anyone here do encumbered appraisals and have a better method for finding conservation encumbered sales?
