Would it be a jerk move for me to watch a show with no headphones in public?

I know generally the answer is yes, reddit told me. But I am back to ask another question. Would I be a jerk in this scenario? I am in a public space, but I am sitting on a bench by myself. I forgot my headphones. Would it be okay to put on anime and watch it? If someone walks rifht by me they might here it but otherwise I am on a bench by myself bothering nobody.
