BTS or NFTS

So i’m currently an intern and i’ll be deciding on my full time offer soon. Which of these two sectors is more good for comfortability.

I hate stress and I dont like too much talking because I’m an introvert. So should i go for NFTS or BTS.

And i would love to hear any advice on them.
