Best places to live?

Looking to move into a student house in Birmingham rather than commute in as a postgrad. What areas would you guys rate?

I’ve seen a lot in Selly Oak advertised online
And Edgbaston, though apparently not a favourite? As well as Digbeth and Moseley.

So having lived in Birmingham for uni, if you got to do it all again where would you move to, or would you stick where you are?
