Laptop keeps restarting

I have a Lenovo ideapad gaming 3

16gb ram ddr4

gtx 1650 ti 4gb

Ryzen 7 4800H

Now this laptop even since I switched it from windows to linux and then switched back to windows, it has been restarting itself and bluescreening a lot when idle. When im gaming on it 80% of the time it works fine its just when im doing something that does not require a lot of power like watching youtube or browsing randomly. Recently it started restarting and crashing a lot even while playing. I have tried many methods to fix this such as factory reseting, reinstalling windows via usb, reinstalling drivers etc.

If anyone knows a method I can use to fix it please share it, I dont need anything thats on that laptop, have everything backed up.
