speed auto-rejections

I've gotten more of these recently. One was deserved although it was during a study that had one question a page, so I started pausing and counting out 5-10 seconds before submitting each page, This is apparently not enough. Does anyone have any tips for avoiding speed rejections. It's somewhat stressful.
