Always make sure to pee after sex guys 😭

Currently struggling with a uti after I’m pretty sure getting it from not washing/peeing after sex. Me and my partner done it raw before and we usually both shower before hand/pee afterwards so I know it’s from me not peeing afterwards as I forgot. Currently picking up meds from a pharmacy in a bit, got it via Amazon as my mom gets alerts when I ordered medication to cvs.

Anybody know what other sort of things or things to take in general to lower the risk of utis involving intercourse? Seen a few things but eh.
