Withdrawal of Grab Coins using Sheng Siong $TM

I used Grab quite often a few years back. Nowadays, I don't use it much. I just went into my app to check my balance and that's when I saw a huge chunk of it expiring on 31st July.

I remember coming across a guide a few years back whereby you can use Sheng Siong $TM PayNow function to redeem the Grab Coins.

Is that method still working? I just want to make sure before making my way down to my nearest Sheng Siong.
