The day I met my rogue-to-be, she was holding a dagger to my throat. See, I had been investigating a crime boss and such a task warranted my being taken out of the picture. She had been hired for coppers on the gold, desperate and on the brink of starvation in those slums, to kill me in my inn room.

Still, despite visible ribs and sallow eyes, she fought like a little demon until some holy magic brought her down.

In the aftermath, I... took her in. Fed her. Washed her hair until it was silky. Got her some brand new clothes, properly tailored for goblin size, plus a dagger from the church made just for her.

She was to be my "squire" according to the records, and my party member in practice. Truthfully, after years of isolation spent bull-rushing my way along the path of righteousness, this past year spent with her has been so much warmer. So much more relaxing. I can finally sleep without keeping one eye open, because I know I have someone to watch my flank. Her company does come with its own sort of annoyances, though...

See, goblins have no shame. If they aren't having some fun or enabling having fun later, they're wasting their life away! When it comes to gambling, alcohol, dance and sex (ESPECIALLY sex), they hardly bother to restrain themselves. More than once, I've woken up to my dear companion wriggling out of my grasp (yes, we cuddle at night, what of it?) to go and masturbate outside the tent.

 Loudly.

Her teasing is unending. All of thise clothes I have the church's tailor make? Nice and skintight, usually unbuttoned to show off as much as possible. She grinds and teases and presses up against me with a figure that has filled out so well it makes my brain short circuit. Seeing her ass grow softer and fuller by the day was a great motivation for cooking, I must admit.

While sex and intimacy dont go against my tenets, I worry about the damage it could do to us if I made a move. It's so hard to tell whether she's just joking around or making a genuine... offer. Yet it seems like she only gets more bold, more openly lewd, more comfortable by the day...

It would be less embarrassing if I truly disliked it... but the days I spend with her are some of the happiest days of my life.
